He has regularly appeared in courts throughout Suffolk County, Nassau County, and all five boroughs of New York, as well as federal courts.

Brett resides in Suffolk County with his fiancée where they enjoy the easygoing South Shore lifestyle on Long Island. He is an avid sports fan devoted to following: the New York Islanders, the New York Giants, and the New York Mets. In his spare time, he likes to stay busy with hobbies that include kayaking, skiing and traveling.
